500 drivers, including cabbies and driving instructors are doing a go slow through Durham before heading to Downing Street. They're giving in 2 petitions there to try and get the government to cut the cost of fuel tax.

Tombola on Tour May 08

Steve and Karen (Breakfast Presenters) are taking the early morning feature back on the road to Pearl Bar, Quayside, Newcastle. The Tombola on Tour pits 10 teams against one another in a test of general knowledge to find out who is worthy of wearing the Tombola on Tour T-shirts. Teams register online to play.

Film Club

The Galaxy Film Club allows VIP members to see the latest films first and for free. The next screening is "Iron Man" at Cineworld Middlesbrough on 30 April 2008. Listeners sign up online.
